Platform membership is required for all active users operating inside TWA systems (CRM + training ecosystem + company email/calendar).
Question 3: Is this a fee for commissions or contracting?
No. Platform fees cover tools, training systems, and infrastructure—carrier compensation is separate.
Question 4: Can I cancel the membership?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. When membership ends, access to the TWA platform workspace, included academy access, and company email/calendar ends at the end of the billing period.
Question 5: What if I already have my own CRM or email?
We standardize systems to ensure consistent execution, support, scheduling, and professional communications.
